Jean-Paul Bindel has practiced martial arts for over 50 years and is graduated in 15 martial art styles. He specialized in Kyusho Jitsu 15 years ago, and has introduced this method in many European countries.

In this new film, the Hanshi reveals the use of Japanese weapons. The Yubibo is a small stick that attaches the knuckles with a string. It is used to of block and strike. The Tanbo is a 30 centimeters stick, used to perform armlocks and strikes. Jean-Paul Bindel integrates also the principles of Kyusho Jitsu (use of pressure points).
